A private island residence

Jumeirah Bay Island is one of the most exclusive addresses in the region, and the brief here was correspondingly private: a residence that reveals almost nothing from the street and opens entirely toward the sea on the private side. Interior architecture was used to control that reveal, room by room.

Inside, the material story is deliberately quiet luxury — book-matched stone kept to a restrained palette, bronze and brushed brass detailing rather than polished gold, and furniture commissioned specifically for the proportions of each room. Nothing here was chosen to be photographed; it was chosen to be lived with.
