This website is operated by Blaine Robert Design (“we”). It exists to present our work and receive project enquiries.

What we collect. When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: name, contact information, location and your message. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send.

How we use it. Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to run your project. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Processing. Form submissions are transmitted via our form provider and delivered to our studio mailbox. Analytics, if enabled, are used in aggregate to understand site usage.

Retention. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to serve the enquiry or meet legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights. Ask us at enquiry@blainerobertdesign.com to access or delete the personal data we hold about you.

This policy is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed by UAE counsel before launch.
