Tropicana Bungalow

A bungalow built to entertain, day into night

In Tropicana Aman, Malaysia, this landed bungalow pairs a crisp, cantilevered contemporary façade with an interior planned around the family’s love of hosting. A sculptural glass-balustraded stair and a warm-lit porte-cochère set the tone after dark, opening onto principal rooms designed for entertaining.

Inside, custom joinery and a backlit fluted feature wall frame a private games room, its tropical mural giving the house its name. Completed in 2026, the project was designed and delivered end-to-end — interior architecture, FF&E and styling — as one continuous composition.
