Your standards, enforced on site
Scheduled inspections, materials sign-off, design reviews and snagging — until handover matches the drawings you approved.
Substitutions happen quietly
Every project drifts on site. A veneer that's “the same but available now.” Stone from a different block. Lighting moved for the installer's convenience. Each change is small; together they are why finished homes so often feel cheaper than their renders.
Supervision is the discipline that stops the drift. We inspect against the drawings, approve materials against retained samples, review each stage before it's covered up, and keep a written record the contractor knows will be checked.

What we deliver
- Scheduled site inspections At the stages that matter — setting out, first fix, joinery delivery, stone, finishes, final fit.
- Materials & sample sign-off Nothing installed that wasn't approved.
- Stage design reviews Deviations caught while they're still cheap to fix.
- Snagging & handover A documented defect list, verified rectifications, and sign-off only when it's right.
Supervision enforces the design package under the contract created by design management. The full journey for villa owners is here.
How often are you on site?
To a schedule agreed at appointment and stepped up at critical stages — joinery installation, stone setting, final finishes. Frequency follows risk, not the calendar.
Can you supervise a design produced by another studio?
Yes — supervision and design review work as standalone services. We'll be candid about any gaps we find in the documentation first, because we can only enforce what's drawn.
What happens when you find defective work?
It's recorded, reported to you, and formally notified for rectification under your contract with the contractor. We re-inspect until it's closed. The paper trail is the leverage.
When does your involvement end?
At verified handover: snag list closed, systems demonstrated, warranties and manuals compiled. Not before.
